Every person on a mailbox or virtual mail account needs a completed USPS Form 1583 on file.

A copy of a government-issued photo ID for each person listed on a Form 1583.
Change of Address (if moving)
Switching your mailing address to Bovoni? File a USPS Change of Address so mail already in transit forwards here.

Yes. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Amazon all deliver to our location. This is one of the biggest reasons people leave a USPS-only PO Box for a private mail center.
UPS, FedEx, and DHL frequently arrive with customs/duty charges. On Tiers 1–3, we'll notify you and help coordinate payment to the carrier. On the All-Inclusive tier, we handle the whole conversation as part of our customs concierge service — you just pick up your stuff. Duty amounts themselves are always passed through at cost.
Anything that doesn't fit in your standard mailbox is a package. We scan in every package on arrival, so your monthly count is automatic and visible in your account. If you go over your tier's allowance, you're billed the per-package overage rate at month-end.
Yes, anytime. If you're consistently going over your package allowance, you should probably upgrade — it's almost always cheaper. Tier changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
